How to Cancel Your Order

Cancellation Timeframe

• Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they have been shipped. Once cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the items according to our Return Policy once you receive them.

Custom or Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.

Refund Processing

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
