Return & Exchange Policy

At our brand, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange by following the policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

Requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags intact.

Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, or wear and tear are not eligible.

Products that fail quality inspection upon return will not be accepted.

Return Policy

Customers may return an item using one of the following two methods:

Option 1: Self-Dispatch Return

The customer may send the parcel back using any courier service of their choice.

Once the parcel is received and inspected, the refund will be initiated.

All courier charges in this option are borne by the customer.

Option 2: Pickup from Doorstep

We can arrange a return pickup from your doorstep within 7–10 working days.

Pickup charges (if applicable) will be communicated in advance.

The refund will be initiated after the parcel is received and approved.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 1 working day after the returned parcel is received and successfully inspected.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at checkout.

Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Processing time by banks or payment providers may vary and is outside our control.

Exchange / Replacement Policy

If you wish to exchange or replace an item due to size, color, or defect, the following conditions apply:

Mandatory Video Requirement

A clear 3–4 second video showing the item before dispatch is mandatory for all replacement requests.

Replacement requests submitted without the required video will not be entertained.

Replacement Methods
Option 1: Self-Dispatch Replacement

The customer may return the item using any courier service.

Once the parcel is received and approved, the replacement will be dispatched.

Option 2: Pickup from Doorstep

A pickup can be arranged within 7–10 working days.

The replacement will be dispatched after successful inspection of the returned item.

Product Availability

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, customers may choose:

An alternative product, or

A refund in accordance with our return policy.
